We are seeking a Finance Outreach Specialist to conduct deep research and execute highly personalized, relationship-driven email campaigns targeting CPAs and small business decision-makers. This role requires a strong background in accounting terminology to engage professionals credibly and foster high-quality lead generation. You will filter prospects carefully and coordinate directly with leadership to turn initial email interest into booked client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on target firms to identify key decision-makers and CPAs.
• Execute highly personalized email outreach campaigns tailored to small businesses.
• Manage follow-up communication to foster high-quality relationships.
• Maintain a specialized finance vocabulary to engage accounting professionals effectively.
• Filter leads to ensure outreach is highly targeted rather than high-volume spam.
• Coordinate with you regarding client meeting requests or interest generated via email.

Requirements:

• Proven background or working knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong command of finance-specific terminology and concepts.
• Previous experience in email marketing, outreach, or sales development roles.
• Exceptional written English skills for creating personalized, professional communication.
• Ability to perform detailed research on prospective business clients.
• Experience with relationship-based marketing strategies over mass-spam tactics.
