We are seeking an Email Marketing / Implementation Specialist to support Postscript’s onboarding experience for Fondue, our CashBack product. In this role, you will be responsible for building and launching accurate A/B tests across email and SMS marketing platforms, as well as pulling and reporting on reliable performance data.
You will partner closely with the Onboarding Manager to ensure all email and SMS tests are configured correctly, launched without errors, and analyzed with precision. This role collaborates with multiple Postscript team members via Slack and Zoom and operates during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Support the customer onboarding process by executing setup and launch tasks across client accounts under the direction of the Onboarding Manager.
Build end-to-end A/B tests across email and SMS marketing platforms, following best practices for flows, triggers, links, images, and other in-platform configurations.
Communicate directly with customers via email to coordinate delivery, review, and approval of test assets.
Prepare, validate, and QA all test configurations to ensure accuracy prior to launch.
Monitor live A/B tests, troubleshoot basic configuration issues, and escalate complex issues to the Onboarding Manager as needed.
Pull, report, and analyze performance data in real time to support successful experimentation outcomes.
Maintain internal documentation, checklists, and process updates to ensure a consistent and repeatable onboarding experience.
Develop and maintain strong expertise in Postscript products, services, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem.
Take on additional implementation or marketing projects for Postscript clients as capacity allows.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an implementation or email marketing role within SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing technology environments.
Hands-on experience with SMS and email marketing platforms such as Postscript, Attentive, and Klaviyo.
Required: Experience building and managing emails in Klaviyo.
Proficiency in Figma for creating and editing images used in email flows.
Highly detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can manage work independently once trained.
Strong process orientation with the ability to deliver consistent and repeatable results.
Solid understanding of A/B testing concepts, experimentation frameworks, or performance marketing workflows.
Comfortable working with data collection, reporting, and basic performance analysis.
Strong communication skills, including collaboration across teams and creation of documentation or recorded walkthroughs.
Proven problem-solving skills, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
