Key Responsibilities

• Research client websites and social media to create tailored email content
• Write and design multiple variations of cold email campaigns
• Craft subject lines, body copy, and CTAs while avoiding spam triggers
• Handle technical setup (domains, mailboxes, TXT records, DMARC, DKIM, SPF)
• Warm up email accounts and monitor domain health
• Use Apollo for lead generation and campaign sequencing
• Track and improve open, click, and response rates
• Share weekly performance reports with clients
• Stay updated on cold outreach trends and best practices
