About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to support and execute daily ecommerce operations across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and major retail.com platforms such as Target and Ulta. This role is responsible for ensuring product listings, merchandising updates, content changes, and launch activities are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in ecommerce operations, particularly within Amazon Seller Central. You'll play a critical role in maintaining catalog health, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting product launches, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across channels

Key Responsibilities Amazon Operations

  • Manage and execute listing updates through Amazon Seller Central and flat files, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content
  • Maintain catalog health by managing variations, suppressions, and compliance-related issues
  • Monitor account performance and proactively troubleshoot issues such as listing suppressions, Buy Box loss, inventory delays, and account health concerns
  • Escalate and resolve Seller Central support cases when necessary



Ecommerce Channel Management

  • Support TikTok Shop operations, including catalog management, issue resolution, appeals, and order troubleshooting
  • Execute PDP content updates across retail.com platforms such as Target and Ulta
  • Build and maintain Shopify landing pages, collections, and merchandising updates for campaigns and product launches
  • Assist with product setup, QA testing, and launch execution across all ecommerce channels


Project & Calendar Management

  • Maintain the omnichannel ecommerce calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and execute updates related to promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives
  • Monitor execution quality across channels and ensure accuracy and consistency



Additional Support

  • Assist with light email and SMS marketing execution when needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business objectives



Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of ecommerce operations, digital operations, or related experience within a consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or CPG environment
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listing management, catalog maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues
  • Experience working within Shopify, including merchandising and content updates
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with Excel, flat files, and ecommerce management platforms
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
