Job Description
Spearhead the launch, management and optimization of the brandse commerce platform to ensure a seamless andhigh‑performance shopping experience
Oversee order lifecycle processes including order flow, fulfillment tracking, returns monitoring, and SLA performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
Drive onsite merchandising strategy, including product activation, categorization, tagging, and pricing alignment with commercial and merchandising teams
Monitor website health and functionality, escalating technical issues to regional IT, developers, and external partners for resolution
Analyze ecommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion, customer journey metrics, and behavioral insights to recommend improvement initiatives
Coordinate campaign execution, onsite content updates, and promotional activities in alignment with marketing and regional teams
Manage marketplace performance, including product listings, search optimization, platform relationships, and promotional participation
Partner with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to streamline operational processes and enhance the end‑to‑end consumer experience
Identify opportunities to introduce new tools, process enhancements, or digital capabilities to support growth and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best‑in‑class ecommerce practices to inform strategy and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, or online commercial management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies
Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) and understanding of digital performance metrics
Excellent cross‑functional coordination skills, with experience working with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and IT teams
Ability to manage complex operations, solve problems quickly, and lead initiatives in a fast‑paced digital environment
