What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based eCommerce Manager, you will be a key driver in delivering profitable sales growth and optimizing the digital customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage Site Operations: Execute day-to-day eCommerce activities, including product launches, merchandising updates, and site audits to ensure quality standards.
• Optimize Customer Experience: Manage third-party integrations (Searchspring, Abandoned Cart) and collaborate with designers to enhance website features and UX.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Coordinate the setup, testing, and scheduling of all sales, promotions, and EDM builds within Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Produce weekly reports on eCommerce KPIs using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights on competitor activity and site performance.
• Content & SEO Support: Update backend content and onsite blogs following SEO recommendations to drive organic traffic.

What You’ll Bring

• Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an eCommerce Coordinator or in a similar digital retail role.
• Platform Proficiency: Practical experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for digital aesthetics and detail.
• Communication & Initiative: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the drive to ask questions and understand the full end-to-end process.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing automation.
• Familiarity with Bright Edge or similar SEO audit tools.
• Previous experience in the Australian retail market or supporting international eCommerce platforms.
