The eCommerce Campaign Coordinator ensures that creative projects, marketing activities, and internal systems run smoothly. Reporting to the eCommerce Campaign & Retention Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day content workflows in Asana, build and schedule social posts and EDMs, and support the team in delivering high-quality work on time.
This position requires strong attention to detail, digital literacy, and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency. You will be responsible for assembling blogs and social posts, keeping tasks on track, and supporting campaign delivery across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Calendar & Content Assembly
Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources.
Manage the Content Approval process across three brands and ensure the content calendar is maintained 1.5 - 2 months in advance.
Deliver monthly marketing briefs to the Content and Design Team.
Coordinate new product launches in Asana by managing team tickets and tasks.
Coordinate monthly customer giveaways across two brands and work with customer services to announce winners.
Build and assemble EDM audiences based on content calendar pillars.
Administration & Asset Management
Maintain and create campaign project boards in Asana and build out project templates.
Report to the eCommerce Campaigns and Retention Manager on campaign timelines and project updates.
Provide regular status updates to the eCommerce Campaign & Retention Manager regarding content approvals and production milestones.
Act as the primary coordinator for the Content and Design teams to ensure all marketing calendar assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Perform initial quality control checks on all deliverables, identifying and resolving copy, formatting, or brand-alignment issues prior to formal stakeholder review.
Campaign & Asset Delivery
Coordinate delivery of campaign assets, ensuring timelines are met and briefs are clear.
Build and schedule EDMs (Klaviyo), blogs, landing pages, and other eCommerce content across Shopify and Magento platforms.
Assemble and schedule social posts via Agorapulse.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and requirements.
Task & Project Coordination
Create and manage Asana tasks for the Content Team across campaign, ad hoc, and project-based work across three brands: Urban Brew, Pod & Parcel, and Express Pods.
Monitor task progress and deadlines, flagging risks or blockers early.
Support the marketing calendar by keeping activities organized and on track.
Requirements
Required
3+ years in eCommerce, digital, content, or marketing coordination.
Strong attention to detail in assembling content across team ticket allocation, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
Experience building Klaviyo EDMs and assembling blog content across multiple brands.
Experience with marketing calendar coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to coordinate campaign timelines and cross-functional execution.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, social media calendars, and digital blog tools.
Desired
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
