The eCommerce Campaign Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that creative projects, marketing activities, and internal systems run smoothly. Reporting to the eCommerce Campaign & Retention Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day content workflows in Asana, scheduling social posts and EDMs, maintaining reporting accuracy, and supporting the eCommerce and content teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
This position requires strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency. You will be responsible for keeping tasks on track, balancing workloads across creative resources, and supporting campaign and promotional delivery across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Task & Project Coordination
Create and manage Asana tasks for the Content Team across campaign, ad hoc, and project-based work.
Balance team workload and ensure efficient use of design, copy, and content resources.
Monitor task progress and deadlines, flagging risks or blockers early.
Support the marketing calendar by keeping activities organized and on track.
Campaign & Asset Delivery
Coordinate delivery of campaign assets, ensuring timelines are met and briefs are clear.
Build and schedule EDMs (Klaviyo), blogs, surveys, pages, and other eCommerce content.
Schedule social posts and ads via Agorapulse and Meta Suite.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and requirements.
Marketing Calendar & Operational Awareness
Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources.
Stay across upcoming marketing activities and align with stock, operations, and availability.
Proactively flag any planned activities that may be affected by stock or operational issues.
Reporting & Administration
Monitor campaign results and share key insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain accuracy of daily and monthly eCommerce reports.
Support survey data collection and summary reporting.
Manage shared drive folder structure, file naming conventions, and access.
Provide general admin support across the eCommerce function as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align campaign timelines, messaging, and promotions with operational capabilities and customer experience goals.
Work closely with the eCommerce team to support growth priorities.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Happiness teams to streamline campaign execution and deliver customer-first outcomes.
Requirements
Required
2+ years in eCommerce, digital, content, or marketing coordination.
Proven ability to coordinate campaign timelines and cross-functional execution.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital tools.
Experience with Asana (or similar project management tools).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Collaborative, proactive, and customer-first mindset.
Desired
Experience building EDMs and uploading blog content.
Familiarity with marketing calendar coordination.
Understanding of digital marketing basics.
Working knowledge of eCommerce analytics and reporting tools.
