You’ll become the right-hand marketing support for a growing e-commerce portfolio, directly impacting revenue through strategic email campaigns, product launches, and creative content. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across two complementary brands while building a long-term partnership with an experienced business owner who values professional growth and treats team members as integral to success.


Client Overview

A dynamic entrepreneur operating two established e-commerce brands in the children’s products space—personalized lunch boxes and eco-friendly tableware. With four years of proven growth and a recent strategic acquisition, this client ships thousands of orders globally and is actively scaling operations with significant opportunities ahead.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, flexible during business hours, Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne), ( 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage new product listings in Shopify across both e-commerce brands
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, targeting 2 campaigns per week across both brands
  • Maintain and optimize existing email marketing flows and automation sequences
  • Design marketing graphics and social media content using Canva
  • Edit videos for social media marketing purposes
  • Prepare a visual content pipeline for social media campaigns
  • Support marketing strategy planning and pipeline development
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on growth initiatives and scaling opportunities


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce management and product listing creation
  • Strong experience with Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns and automation flows
  • Competency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation
  • Basic video editing skills for social media content
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketing principles
  • Strong communication skills for direct client collaboration
  • Bonus if you have experience with children’s products or eco-conscious brands
  • It helps if you’re strategic-minded and can contribute to marketing pipeline thinking


Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
