Job Description

As an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing listings and handling customer support.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Proven Commercehub, Rhythm, Shopify, and Wordpress experience.
  • Willingness to learn new administrative skills and pivot between customer support and back-office tasks as needed.
  • Familiar with e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.
  • Knowledgeable of inventory management on online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality assistance via voice, chat, and email to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility.
  • Expand product presence on other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.

  • A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
