Position: E-commerce Virtual Assistant
Work Hours (Client): Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Location of Search: PH


Overview:

The client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Omni-Channel Specialist) to serve as the operational backbone for their digital storefronts. This position is focused on ensuring the accuracy, profitability, and seamless management of their product presence across all websites where they currently sell our products. These currently include Walmart, Target, eBay, and TikTok Shop. You will play an instrumental role in maintaining paid advertising support and providing essential data reporting to drive the success of their omni-channel sales strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Listing Management & Maintenance

  • Upload & Update: Create new product listings and update existing ones using the Shopify backend to update Target+, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor account health daily to fix "suppressed" listings, stranded inventory, or pricing errors immediately.
  • Content Updates: Update product images, titles, and bullet points as requested to ensure consistency across all platforms.

 

2. Advertising Support (PPC)

  • Ad Monitoring: Log in daily to monitor ad spend on Criteo (Target), Walmart, and other platforms to ensure we stay within budget.
  • Promo Setup: Schedule coupons and deal campaigns for holidays or sales events. 

 

3. Reporting & Admin

  • Weekly Reports: Download sales and advertising reports and summarize the key numbers (Spend vs. Sales) in a Google Sheet for the team.
  • Communication: Maintain open and frequent communication via Slack and email during working hours.

 

Qualifications:

You are a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can manage our product listings and advertising across multiple online channels. You will be responsible for keeping our digital stores outside of Amazon and our website updated, accurate, and profitable. This is a remote position for someone who pays close attention to detail. 

  • Experience: Previous experience working as a VA for an E-commerce brand is required.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with backend portals like Target+, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.
  • Tools: Must be comfortable using:
    • Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP knowledge is a plus)
    • Project Management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp)
    • Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
  • Technical: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functioning laptop/PC.
  • Communication: Excellent written English skills are essential.
