What We’re Looking For?

• Experience working with e-commerce brands across competitive niches such as health & wellness, fashion and apparel, beauty and skincare, pet brands, and broader consumer lifestyle products
• Experience running paid campaigns on one or more major platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and YouTube), TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other emerging paid acquisition channels
• Have managed profitable scaling campaigns
• Proven ability to launch, test, optimize, and profitably scale campaigns using data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
• Proficiency in Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, and other attribution and analytics tools to ensure accurate performance tracking and decision-making
• Agency or multi-brand experience with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining performance standards
