This dynamic 2-person team sells to US markets and sources globally, operating at the exciting intersection of international commerce and digital innovation. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as they scale operations to meet skyrocketing demand.


Job Description:

You’ll serve as the right-hand support to a growing e-commerce entrepreneur, becoming an essential extension of their daily operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to directly impact a fast-growing business while gaining comprehensive experience across multiple facets of e-commerce operations. You’ll have the autonomy to execute tasks independently while contributing to meaningful business growth and operational efficiency.



Schedule

  • Mon - Sun, 3hours a day; Central European Time (Slovenia) 20 hours per week
  • With potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) based on business growth; 2-3 hours daily overlap with Central European Time (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM CET preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle email-based customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Execute daily operational tasks and special projects as assigned by the business owner
  • Conduct research projects and gather market intelligence to support business decisions
  • Manage administrative tasks and backend operations to streamline daily workflows
  • Plan and organize daily activities using task management systems
  • Support email communications and customer relationship management
  • Assist with operational planning and process optimization
  • Handle routine administrative duties to free up leadership time for strategic initiatives



Requirements:

  • Proven E-commerce Experience in online retail operations and familiarity with US market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Product, Niche, and Competitor research.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and experience with task management tools.
  • Exceptional written English for professional Email Support, Facebook DM/Comment management, and Supplier Outreach.
  • Experience in preparing Dispute Evidence documents to protect business revenue against payment chargebacks.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
