Job Title: E-commerce and Marketing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce and Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day e-commerce operations, marketing execution, and customer experience. This role combines Shopify management, email marketing support, CRM upkeep, and customer communication, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting e-commerce, marketing, or business operations
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, NYCT, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and task prioritization
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours

Preferences

  • Background or strong interest in Architecture or Interior Design and high-end materials
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or luxury brands
  • Comfort handling occasional urgent customer or operational requests

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Shopify product listings, including pricing, inventory, and content updates
  • Perform inventory tracking, reporting, and data entry using Excel
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications using platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, NYCT, Apollo)
  • Provide high-quality customer support via email or phone, aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules, including international shipments
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support marketing and e-commerce workflows
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or Gemini) to draft content, summarize meetings, and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
