E-commerce And Dropshipping Specialist Shopify

Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile E-commerce & Drop-shipping Specialist to manage the technical growth of two distinct brands. Your primary goal is to turn our online presence into a sales engine. You will be responsible for optimizing an existing Shopify store for our LED lighting business and building a new jewelry storefront from scratch. Because this is a lean team, you will work closely with our lead manager, providing technical support in Google Analytics and general marketing/admin tasks.

Schedule:

• 40 Hours per week, Flexible within Florida business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Store Optimization: Audit the existing Shopify store. Improve product descriptions, optimize images, and refine the user journey to convert traffic into sales.
• Store Build-out: Lead the technical setup of a new Shopify jewelry store, including product "punch-ins," theme setup, and app integrations.
• Drop-shipping Management: Identify and integrate drop-shipping opportunities for the LED lighting sector to expand the catalog.
• Data & Analytics: Take ownership of Google Analytics (GA4). Track visitor behavior, solve tracking issues, and report findings to the team to help guide marketing spend.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a technical "right-hand". Assist with marketing execution, SEO, and general administrative tasks if e-commerce tasks are completed early for the week.
• Sales Growth: Execute strategies specifically aimed at moving online sales from "near zero" to consistent, scalable revenue.
• Marketing Skills: Implement advanced SEO strategies including keyword research, meta-data optimization, and content mapping alongside conversion rate optimization (CRO) to lower acquisition costs and improve organic visibility.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience optimizing Shopify checkout flows and resolving “Add to Cart” abandonment issues.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for high-ticket e-commerce ($5,000–$20,000 products).
• Hands-on experience fixing shipping calculators, checkout errors, and other conversion blockers.
• Advanced Shopify backend expertise, including SKU, GTIN, and product data management.
• Proven experience syncing Shopify catalogs with Google Shopping, Amazon, and Walmart, including resolving feed errors.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a “fixer” mindset focused on infrastructure and performance.
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement revenue-impacting solutions with urgency.
• Niche Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in high-visual industries like Jewelry, Home Decor, or Electronics is a plus.
