We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson and a proven track record of collaborating with Australian architects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Interpret and develop designs based on architectural sketches, concepts, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and adjust drawings as needed.
• Assist in preparing documentation for planning and building approvals.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draftsperson in the architecture or construction industry.
• Extensive experience in creating detailed architectural drawings. 
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred.
