Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

They are now looking for a Draftsperson to join their growing team remotely from the Philippines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will be a key member of the technical design team, supporting the creation of high-quality traffic management plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting detailed road and site layouts using AutoCAD to meet rigorous engineering specifications.
• Analyzing video recordings to create accurate "as-built" site layouts using environmental references for measurement.
• Simulating vehicle movements to ensure proposed designs are functional and safe.
• Collaborating on quality standards to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Assisting in the training and onboarding of newly hired engineering planners.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in drafting, specifically within Urban Planning or Road Safety sectors.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills and high-level competency in Microsoft 365 products.
• The ability to interpret complex diagrams, engineering drawings, and site plans.
• Strong spatial planning skills and the ability to use road maps and understand traffic signage effectively.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and a high level of accountability.
