Salary: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description

As a Director of Operations, you will oversee U.S. CPG food and beverage operations, manage multiple brands and product lines with 20+ SKUs and growing. The role is responsible for contract manufacturing management, 3PL management, shipping and logistics, procurement, and ensuring 100% on-time supply across online, retail, and DTC channels.

Requirements

• Must have experience in U.S. CPG food and beverage operations, including managing contract manufacturers, 3PL partners, and logistics.
• Knowledgeable in inventory control, demand planning, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or an ERP system is required for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  
  

• An ideal candidate is excited about AI and technology while remaining grounded in operational fundamentals.
• They should be flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality.
  
  

• Manage contract manufacturing and 3PL relationships
• Oversee shipping, logistics, and procurement
• Maintain 100% on-time supply for online, retail, and DTC channels
• Handle inventory control and demand planning
• Manage multiple brands and product lines (20+ SKUs and growing)
• Monitor and maintain COGS and logistics costs
• Report performance daily, weekly, and monthly using Microsoft Excel or an ERP system
• Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven execution
• Collaborate effectively as a team player with a service-forward attitude
