Are you a digital thinker with a passion for turning insights into powerful campaigns? We’re looking for a Digital Strategist to join our growing team and help shape the future of brand storytelling through data-driven, creative, and results-oriented digital strategies.


As a Digital Strategist, you’ll work closely with the business development managers to develop end-to-end strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term value for our potential clients. You’ll use analytics, market research, and industry trends to craft smart digital roadmaps for a variety of exciting brands.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth Google Ads and Meta Ads audit for prospective clients to uncover what they’re doing well, and what needs to be improved. Documented & presented professionally via Google slides. Working with the sales team to ideate the best 3,6,9, 12 months strategy to deliver this client growth via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Supporting the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (using templates already in place and improving them consistently)
  • Training and mentoring the sales team to be experts in Paid Media (Google and Meta Ads) and hold high value, enterprise level conversations with clients of all shapes and sizes
  • Working with the sales & delivery teams to minimise misunderstandings, maximise alignment. Continually bridging the gap to ensure maximise revenue results for customers and minimise churn
  • Managing the on-boarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up.


Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • In depth Knowledge and application of Paid Media (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Preferably someone with strong knowledge with managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Know how to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of digital marketing
  • Experience dealing with USA & AU clients is preferred but not required
  • Very strong & clear written & verbal communication skills mandatory
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Willing to work AEST
