Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

Salary: 70,000-80,000

What Youll Be Doing

• Utilize a consultative approach to deliver the best digital solutions to clients
• Manage day-to-day client communication and execution of client-specific requests
• Work collaboratively with the operational teams to deliver desired solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with the existing clients via in-person / online meetings
• Work with the account management team to increase existing client portfolio
• Develop high-quality proposals and reports for new business acquisition
• Develop robust project timelines and programs detailing each step of the delivery process from discovery to design and implementation
• Conduct and facilitate discovery workshops with all project stakeholders
• Manage and schedule tasks within the team to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
• Liaise with external suppliers to deliver desired solution
• Manage hosting environments and have a sound understanding of hosting platforms - cPanel / Kinsta etc
• Run training sessions with clients on how to use a particular CMS platform
  
  

Your background should include:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong end-to-end project management skills and previous successful delivery of complex web solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of prominent CMS platforms
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into online solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Solid experience with the delivery of large-scale public-facing digital platforms
• Project Management qualifications and/or suitable extensive experience
• Knowledge of various tech stacks and their appropriate application
