You will lead the marketing strategy for an innovative, mission-driven travel platform that connects travelers with social causes. Working directly with the founder, you’ll have the autonomy to build the brand voice, create compelling content, and grow an engaged community from the ground up.
Schedule:
Full Time - 40h per week - Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm CST

Responsibilities
Create and manage all social media content across platforms, tracking KPIs and organic growth metrics
Own email marketing campaigns and weekly newsletter creation using HTML formatting
Develop and publish weekly blog content that showcases impact stories and travel inspiration
Build storytelling content around nonprofit partnerships and social impact initiatives
Design graphics and visual content for social media, website, and email campaigns
Grow and nurture online community engagement around the mission-driven brand
Participate in daily standups to review progress, plan deliverables, and collaborate on strategy
Support paid advertising efforts as the company scales (training and guidance provided)
Collaborate with the operations and product team while maintaining full ownership of marketing initiatives
Requirements
2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with US companies
Strong content creation and graphic design capabilities (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
HTML knowledge for email campaign formatting and blog management
Experience with social media management and organic growth strategies
Email marketing and newsletter management experience
Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take ownership
Bonus if you have experience with travel industry or consumer-facing businesses
It helps if you’re passionate about travel and social impact initiatives
Bonus if you have familiarity with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and content management systems
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
