Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join their small company environment. Reporting directly to the CEO with a high level of autonomy, you will be responsible for setting up basic brand consistency strategies and executing campaigns across email and social media. This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise into SEO, blog writing, and web development (Webflow) as the brand grows. We value candidates who show initiative and are excited to propose new ideas to help build our marketing machine.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Write and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences and multi-touch campaigns
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to set up email automations in Salesforce
  • Monitor email campaign metrics and attribution to measure effectiveness
  • Manage organic and paid social strategy, including the setup and optimization of FB/IG ad campaigns
  • Analyze digital marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and strategy adjustments
  • Manage social media content calendar and workflow in Notion
  • Post in private Facebook groups using the owners personal account to generate service recommendations, awareness, and community engagement
  • Create graphics and visual content using Canva
  • Segment the customer database into prospects, customers, and past customers
  • Get campaign approval from the CEO before execution
  • Track and report on social media engagement and performance


Requirements

  • At least three years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Proven experience with email marketing and drip sequence campaigns
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation (Applications with portfolios will be prioritized)
  • Proven familiarity with social media policies and community standards across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (basic level sufficient)
  • Experience with Notion or similar workflow management tools
  • Foundational understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization) is highly preferred
  • Strong written communication skills for email and social content
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
  • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized and willing to help build a process for the marketing department


Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
