Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: 38 hours per week; Flexible during client business hours
  • Rate: Up to Php433 per hour approximately Php75,030 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)


Role Purpose


We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute the marketing engine for our portfolio of B2B technology brands. Your core mission is to build and manage integrated marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and develop scalable systems that generate a consistent pipeline of inbound leads for our advanced technology solutions, including AI and IoT/OT data platforms.

You will be the driving force behind our digital presence, responsible for shaping our brand narratives and converting technical value propositions into clear, customer-centric messaging.



Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Management:

  • Develop and manage two distinct B2B brand identities, including their websites, LinkedIn profiles, and overall messaging.
  • Create a steady stream of high-quality content, including blog articles, social media posts, landing pages, sales brochures, and detailed case studies.
  • Maintain and update brand websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Produce, manage, and distribute a monthly email newsletter to segmented audiences.

Campaign & Lead Generation:

  • Build, segment, and grow targeted marketing lists for email campaigns.
  • Strategize, build, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote webinars, new content, and product features

Systems, Analytics & Automation:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics weekly (leads, traffic, campaign ROI, engagement).
  • Build and maintain repeatable marketing systems and automations within our CRM and marketing platforms to streamline lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Manage the company’s CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and effective lead management.


What Success Looks Like

  • Generating a consistent flow of 3–5 qualified inbound leads per week across the brands.
  • Establishing a reliable and engaging content rhythm (e.g., weekly social posts, monthly in-depth articles).
  • Maintaining clean, segmented, and steadily growing email lists.
  • Running campaigns that demonstrate clear, measurable ROI and positive lead acquisition cost.
  • Ensuring all digital assets (websites, collateral) are professional, up-to-date, and effectively converting visitors.


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex, technical concepts.
  • Proven experience managing marketing for multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva or Figma) and landing page builders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.



Highly Desired:

  • Comfort and curiosity for technology-focused products. Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, OT, or AI industries is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in managing webinars as a part of the marketing strategy.
