Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions across various platforms.
• Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
• Develop and manage Facebook advertising campaigns, ensuring precise audience targeting and continuous optimization.
• Plan and execute email marketing and remarketing strategies to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
• Create, optimize, and manage landing pages to enhance conversions and lead generation.
• Set up and manage campaigns across Instagram and other social media platforms as needed.
• Conduct A/B split testing to refine marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on marketing performance, using analytics to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
• Expertise in creating and managing high-converting landing pages.
• Proficiency in remarketing strategies to maximize customer engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram advertising and other social media marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, especially with multiple website launches in the pipeline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
