We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expert-level proficiency in the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end marketing automation systems, sales funnels, and CRM workflows to drive lead generation and client retention. The ideal candidate lives and breathes GHL and knows how to leverage its full suite of tools to scale business operations.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (UK Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:
GHL Architecture: Build and optimize complete sub-accounts, including custom values, custom fields, and complex folder structures.
Automation & Workflows: Design and maintain advanced "Workflows" for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and database reactivation.
Funnel & Web Building: Create high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and websites using the GHL builder.
CRM Management: Manage pipelines, opportunities, and contact segmentation to ensure seamless lead flow from capture to conversion.
Reporting & Analytics: Set up and monitor attribution reports, conversion rates, and ROI dashboards within GHL.
Integration: Connect GHL with third-party apps via Zapier, Pabbly, or native API integrations (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, Slack).
Reputation Management: Oversee automated review requests and manage the platform’s reputation management features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
GHL Mastery: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the GoHighLevel/HighLevel platform (Snapshot creation, SaaS mode, etc.).
Digital Marketing: Proven experience in SEO, SEM, or Paid Social (Meta/Google Ads) and how they integrate with CRM systems.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Twilio, Mailgun/LC Email settings, and domain (DNS) configuration.
Copywriting: Ability to write compelling email sequences and SMS scripts that drive action.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot workflow errors or integration breaks independently.
Communication: Ability to explain complex automation logic to non-technical team members or clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with "Snapshot" development and deployment across multiple sub-accounts.
Familiarity with the GHL Mobile App and the "Opportunities" board management.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom funnel styling.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
