Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. They must work closely with other team members to ensure the marketing goals are aligned across the organization and met with success. If you have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and are eager to apply them in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email.
  • Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures.
  • Monitor website traffic and lead the transformation of visits into sales prospects.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Work within budget constraints to effectively allocate marketing resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is essential.
  • Proficiency in online marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing company needs and market conditions.
