The Digital Marketing Executive is an integral role within the marketing team, responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with understanding our target audience's behavior to execute clever campaigns that resonate with them and ultimately drive conversions and brand loyalty. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, and a knack for keeping up with the latest trends in the digital space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms and report on the effectiveness of strategies to help shape our future efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize company websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve site rankings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, relevant digital content and materials.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to enhance website design and functionality.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather consumer insights and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Manage budget allocations for digital marketing activities and ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing or related positions.
  • Proven expertise with an array of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
