Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and manage our online marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The role requires someone who is both analytical and creative, capable of driving profitable growth through innovative marketing strategies. A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for driving brand awareness are essential for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space effectively and efficiently.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.
  • Oversee the design, content, and promotion of digital marketing projects.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and design digital marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with management to develop digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the brand message is consistent across all digital marketing channels and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field is required for this position.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are necessary for this role.
  • Creative marketing ideas with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
