Job Role: Digital Marketing and Website Assistant

Compensation range: $850AUD - $1,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to require roughly 15-20 hours per week. AU business hours .

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines.. You will be hired directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so youll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: A digital marketing and sales support agency working with businesses to strengthen their online presence. Their work includes website builds, content creation, SEO support, Google Ads and social media management, supported by a network of creative and technical specialists. Led by an experienced founder, they focus on practical strategies, clear communication, and long-term client growth.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to support a wide range of digital tasks. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow, learn, and develop alongside the business. You will work closely under guidance, assisting with website updates, digital fulfilment, marketing tasks, and light creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Support & Digital Fulfilment

• Build and edit websites using Squarespace
• Use SquareKicker (no-code tool) for additional site styling and layout features
• Assist with general digital fulfilment tasks after new leads/projects come in
• Implement basic SEO updates (under guidance)

Marketing & Reporting

• Create and schedule social media posts, plus light graphic design via Canva
• Prepare and maintain Agency Analytics reports
• Support ongoing marketing tasks as needed
• Assist with basic Google Ads setup or management (Preferred but not required)

Design & Content Support

• Create simple graphics, banners, and visual assets using Canva
• Help update visual content across websites and social channels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Squarespace or other no-code website builders
• Comfortable using Canva for simple designs
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to grow long-term in digital marketing and web support
• Bonus: experience or interest in Google Ads

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
