Responsibilities

• Edit podcasts using Riverside FM and Descript, ensuring professional audio quality and engaging content
• Create and manage social media content across multiple business accounts and industries
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva for various promotional campaigns
• Perform video editing for promotional content and marketing initiatives
• Develop and manage email newsletters through MailChimp and Cyber Impact platforms
• Maintain and update WordPress websites with fresh content and functionality improvements
• Execute digital marketing strategies following documented processes and video training materials
• Learn new tools and platforms through Loom video tutorials and systematic training approaches
• Support various marketing tasks across multiple business verticals as needed
• Potentially assist with training future team members as the organization grows

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing materials
• Experience with WordPress website management and content updates
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (MailChimp or similar tools)
• Strong technology aptitude with ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed process documentation
• Bonus if you have understanding of North American business culture and communication styles
• It helps if you have French language skills for occasional multilingual content
• Experience with podcast editing tools like Riverside FM or Descript is a plus
