Our client is a market innovator in one-piece, easy-to-install shower pans that come pre-pitched with integrated curbs, entrances, splash walls, and PVC drains. They also offer complementary products such as shelves, benches, niches, and ledges. All products are Ready to Tile, allowing installers to set tiles directly onto the leak-proof surface.


Their mission is to simplify the shower selection and installation process. Their solutions are engineered to streamline residential and institutional shower projects for building professionals and contractors, saving both time and labor while delivering an affordable, high-quality, and customizable shower solution to customers.


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & AI Search (LLMO) Coordinator to manage our clients social media presence and lead their Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) initiatives. This is a new, long-term headcount designed to maintain a consistent social media calendar and capture missed opportunities in AI-powered search results.


This role is roughly split into 60% Social Media Content Management and 40% LLMO & Citation Outreach. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and must be a self-starter who can operate with high autonomy and minimal micromanagement.


Work hours: Preference for EST (US Eastern Standard Time); however, a mid-shift schedule (Philippine afternoon/evening) is available to accommodate top-tier candidates.

Work set-up: Remote

Holiday Observance: Philippine Holidays.


What you’ll do

Social Media Management (60%)

  • Content Execution: Transform strategy and core topics provided by the Marketing Manager into 4–5 engaging posts to keep the calendar active
  • Platform Management: Post content regularly to Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and X.
  • Creative Copywriting: Tweak copy to align with three specific customer archetypes: DIY, Pro, and Commercial.
  • Community Moderation: Actively moderate comments on all social media postings
  • Scheduling: Manage the campaign schedule via Hootsuite to ensure a consistent output of 2–3 weekly posts.
  • Visual Aid: Use provided image libraries and Canva to create post visuals.

LLMO & Citation Management (40%)

  • Citation Tracking: Utilize Athena HQ to track brand and competitor mentions across LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
  • Editor Outreach: Identify articles with missing or incorrect brand information, locate editor contact details, and send outreach emails to secure citations.
  • Share of Voice Optimization: Suggest the brand as a viable option for unmentioned keywords to increase visibility in AI-generated search results.
  • Template Customization: Take initial email templates and customize them with autonomy as you become comfortable with the brand and product line.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • LLM Literacy: Knowledgeable in using and optimizing for platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Hootsuite for social planning and Canva for design.
  • Written Communication: Exceptional writing skills with a "creative" rather than "corporate" mindset to ensure social channels feel fun and engaging.
  • Social Media Experience: Proven ability to manage a content calendar and engage with audiences on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Professional Conduct: Ability to write confidently to editors and represent a professional brand without constant supervision.
  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a dedicated, full-time role; candidates may not have other full-time clients on the side.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Photoshop Skills: Knowledge of Photoshop is highly helpful for advanced image editing or adding infographics.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to play with different tones of communication to avoid sounding "salesy".
  • Self-Correction: Ability to use AI tools (like Claude) to vet and improve content quality before posting.
