Profile Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or similar role
• Experience across both organic and paid digital channels
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok where relevant)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives
• Manage content calendars for both restaurant and real estate divisions
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Stay up to date with trends and implement innovative content ideas
• Plan and promote restaurant campaigns, offers, seasonal promotions, and events
• Coordinate marketing for in-venue events, partnerships, and activations
• Collaborate with operations teams to align promotions with business goals
• Develop creative concepts to drive foot traffic and repeat customers
• Manage event marketing timelines, collateral, and post-event reporting
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, clients, and investors
• Manage CRM databases and audience segmentation
• Track and analyse campaign performance across all digital channels
• Provide regular reports with insights, trends, and recommendations
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
