As an Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for executing high-quality analytical and strategic Digital deliverables across a portfolio of clients. This role is focused on hands-on analysis, research and insight generation, supporting the development of Digital strategies that are evidence-based, commercially sound and aligned with client objectives.


You will work closely with the Digital Analysts Project Manager, who will own planning, prioritisation and workflow, allowing you to focus on what you do best: producing rigorous, insightful Digital outputs. This is a production role, where attention to detail, analytical depth and consistency of delivery are critical.


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Digital Analysts Manager and working closely with the Digital Analysts Project Manager to deliver Digital analyses and strategic outputs across multiple client accounts.
  • Executing a wide range of analytical Digital tasks, including:
  • Technical Digital audits
  • Content audits and gap analysis
  • Backlink and authority analysis
  • Keyword research and intent mapping
  • Competitive landscape analysis
  • Digital strategy inputs and recommendations
  • Traffic, engagement and conversion analysis
  • Translating briefs, scopes and objectives into accurate, insightful analyses aligned with client goals and business priorities.
  • Producing clear, structured and well-documented outputs that meet agreed quality standards, templates and delivery guidelines.
  • Identifying trends, risks, opportunities and insights within data, and articulating their strategic implications clearly.
  • Collaborating with Digital Consultants/Strategists to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with execution plans.
  • Responding proactively to feedback and refinement requests to continuously improve output quality.
  • Flagging risks, blockers or scope concerns early to the Digital Analysts Project Manager to support smooth delivery.
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel.
  • Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Digital Analysts function by suggesting improvements to methodologies, tools, templates and processes.


To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A degree in digital marketing, business, analytics or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Digital Analyst or similar analytical role within a digital marketing or Digital-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital fundamentals and advanced analytical techniques, including:
  • Technical, content and backlink audits using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar;
  • Keyword research, intent analysis and mapping;
  • Competitive analysis and market benchmarking;
  • Digital strategy recommendation building;
  • Traffic, behaviour and conversion analysis using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Similarweb and related platforms.
  • Proven experience producing insight-driven deliverables rather than purely execution-based Digital tasks.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to connect data points to commercial and strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, consistent output.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Teamwork, monday.com or similar.
  • Agency experience highly regarded.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation to enhance analysis efficiency is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced, hybrid team environment.
