Job Description

As a Digital Advertising Expert, you need to have strong experience in paid acquisition (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). You will support lead generation for offshore hiring services, enhance search visibility, and continuously optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or services.
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns for lead generation.
  • Strong grasp of analytics (GA4, UTM tracking, lead quality analysis).
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.

Preferred

  • Experience in HR tech / staffing / recruitment / EOR / BPO.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation.
  • Landing page builders (Webflow, WordPress, Leadpages).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for lead gen.
  • Work with the graphics team to build landing pages/ad funnels that convert.
  • Manage A/B testing of copy, creative, and audiences.
  • Monitor CPC, CPL, and lead quality; report on performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels).
  • Build monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbers.
  • Recommend experiments to improve MQL → SQL pipeline.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales/recruiting to understand ideal customer profile and messaging.
  • Align campaigns with webinars, events, or new service launches.
  • Suggest new channels and growth ideas as we scale.

  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
