Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, and processes that support the continuous integration, deployment, and reliability of our web applications.

You will collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and IT operations to streamline workflows, improve system scalability, and ensure high availability across all environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about automation, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes
• Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for optimal performance and scalability
• Build and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Develop automation scripts and configuration management solutions (e.g., Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and application reliability
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues using appropriate observability tools
• Ensure system security, compliance, and proper access controls
• Support containerized and microservices-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and best practices to improve DevOps efficiency
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux system administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments
