CareerPage AI is looking for a reliable and organized data entry/lead specialist to help us with outreach.

This is a remote, flexible role. You can work during the hours that fit your schedule, as long as daily tasks and follow-ups are completed consistently.

• Research and collect qualified business leads
• Find the right contacts using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google, and company websites
• Add leads and contact details into our CRM
• Reach out to potential clients by email or LinkedIn
• Follow up with leads daily
• Update lead statuses and notes inside the CRM
• Track results accurately so commissions can be attributed correctly
• Provide simple daily progress reports

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English / ability to use chatgpt to communicate with zero grammatical errors
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools
• Reliable and consistent with daily follow-ups
• Willing to learn lead generation and outbound sales systems
• Previous experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or CRM tools is helpful, but not required

• Commission-based compensation for generated results
• Base salary may be discussed based on performance and reliability
