To support this initiative, the company is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to assist with high-volume, accuracy-critical data transfer over a defined project timeline.

Role Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will support a 6-month data migration project, responsible for transferring large volumes of information from a legacy system into a new platform.

This role requires strong focus, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail. It is ideal for someone who performs well in structured, process-driven work environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry from a legacy system into a new platform
• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Follow documented migration procedures and workflows
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag for review
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Track progress against daily and weekly targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during the migration process
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and internal systems
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  

• Experience supporting data migrations or system transitions
• Familiarity with healthcare, regulated, or sensitive data environments
• Experience working in structured, process-heavy roles
