The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate data records for the organization. Responsibilities

  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures for efficient management.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations securely.
  • Scan documents and print files when necessary for digital storage.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system to improve data workflow efficiency.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files promptly.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of data entry and office software systems.
  • Assist with special data projects and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role required.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy mandatory.
  • Experience in using MS Office and data programs effectively preferred.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and general office operations desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
  • Ability to consistently maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols.
