Job Overview

Step into a critical role as a Finance Data Entry & Client Liaison Specialist for a thriving tax solutions company. This role is at the heart of our client operations, serving as the bridge between our clients financial realities and the formal documentation required by the IRS. You will be responsible for gathering sensitive financial data, ensuring its accuracy on Form 433-A (Collection Information Statement), and maintaining proactive communication with clients to keep their cases moving forward.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5,00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Full time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Plano, TX time.

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe and input client financial data (assets, income, expenses, and bank information) into the IRS Form 433-A.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the document collection process and explaining what information is needed.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, etc.) to ensure the data entered matches the supporting evidence.
  • Maintain a strict calendar of deadlines to ensure tax filings and resolution packets are submitted to the IRS on time.
  • Work closely with our Tax Associates and Enrolled Agents to flag any discrepancies or missing information in a client’s file.


Requirements

  • Precision in Data Entry: High level of accuracy and comfort working with numbers and financial figures.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to explain complex requests to clients with empathy and clarity via phone and email.
  • Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously without letting deadlines slip.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and a willingness to learn tax resolution software.
  • Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn IRS guidelines and collection procedures. No prior tax experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
