Job Overview:


This is a part-time remote position requiring 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during business hours. The role focuses on data entry and administrative tasks to support real estate agents who are actively working with clients in the field. Work can be completed in blocks of 1-2 hours daily as needed, with end-of-day deadlines to ensure agents have materials ready for the next business day.


Client Overview:


A real estate brokerage specializing in short-term furnished rentals in New York City. The company serves a high volume of clients in a niche market segment requiring efficient back-end administrative support.


Schedule: Mon-Fri Flexible Hours (20 hours per week) Client Timezone: Eastern Time (New York)

Responsibilities:


  • Extract property listing information from the company website and reformat it for client communication
  • Send formatted property listings to agents via WhatsApp for distribution to prospective clients
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate property information across communication channels
  • Complete daily administrative work within flexible time blocks to meet same-day turnaround requirements
  • Support multiple agents with back-end office tasks as workload demands fluctuate


Must-have Requirements:

  • Proven experience with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately reformat property information
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Nice-to-have Requirements:

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication
  • Previous experience supporting real estate professionals or working with property listings

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
