Data Analyst And Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional to join our sales and marketing team. This person will own the analysis and auditing of our marketing and sales data while also supporting or managing lead generation efforts to help drive pipeline growth.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and marketing platforms
• Support or manage lead generation campaigns (inbound and/or outbound)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to turn data insights into actionable strategies
• Identify and recommend process improvements based on data findings

What Were Looking For

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies, tools, or campaign management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and data/analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly
• Self-starter who can work independently and cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a lead gen team or vendor relationship
• Background in sales ops or marketing ops
