Job Description

Configure, support, and enhance financial systems such as D365 and other ERP applications.
Oversee workflow setups, validation rules, review processes, and system controls.
Assist with system upgrades, releases, and deployment activities.
Handle bulk data uploads, corrections, and extraction tasks using available system tools.
Address and resolve system‑related inquiries and support tickets.
Diagnose functional or configuration issues and implement effective resolutions.
Determine underlying issues and recommend long‑term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all financial system configurations comply with internal control standards and audit requirements.
Drive efficiency by implementing automation and system improvements.
Create and update documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Facilitate training sessions for Finance Operations teams.
Contribute to UAT efforts, including test script execution and change request documentation.
Support finance transformation efforts and participate in system integration initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience supporting finance systems or working in system administration roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another major ERP platform is required.
Familiarity with Basware or other procure‑to‑pay (P2P) solutions is an advantage but not essential.
Solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay processes and broader finance workflows.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial data management.
Background in workflow setup, user access/security administration, and system control configurations.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communicator who can collaborate well with cross‑functional teams.
