Job Description

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and delivering great service? We’re looking for a reliable and confident Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—responding to emails, handling phone and live chat inquiries, and providing clear, friendly support to both new and existing customers. You’ll also manage customer requests such as refunds and quotes using our internal CRM, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.



If you have strong customer service experience, excellent spoken and written English, and are comfortable providing phone-based support during US (EST) hours, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where communication skills and attention to detail truly matter.



Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday - 9am -6pm EST
  • Rate: Up to Php289 per hour approximately Php50,065 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)



Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer emails
  • Answering phone, online chat enquiries and questions from new and existing customers
  • Looking up customer order details from our internal CRM
  • Processing refunds and other customer requests according to internal procedures
  • Send email and SMS quotes to customers



Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong English proficiency for voice-based customer support
  • Ability to work US hours - EST
  • Excellent communication skills for phone-based customer interactions
