Job Description

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction by offering top-notch support and service solutions. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and managing issues with efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best customer service practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional.
