We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve their issues.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Promote and upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
  • Track and follow up on leads to close sales deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Educate customers about our products and services to foster informed purchase decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution to retain customer loyalty.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support or sales position for at least two years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications for record-keeping.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
