Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team and enhance our service delivery. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Update customer records accurately in the company database and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights on service improvement.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as required.
  • Analyze customer trends to anticipate needs and suggest proactive solutions.
  • Train and support junior customer service staff members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary to meet customer needs.
