Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
