Job Description

Sales Leopard is hiring on behalf of our client, a national leader in the commercial facility maintenance space, to recruit a Client Account Specialist.


This role is focused on B2B operations and coordination. You will act as the essential link between major retail brands and a network of skilled technicians, ensuring that physical store locations remain functional, safe, and open for business through high-stakes repair coordination.


This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines, with training and oversight provided by the Sales Leopard operations team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate retail clients, managing maintenance requests via phone, email, and specialized ticketing portals.
  • Work Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of a repair—from initial intake and troubleshooting to dispatching technicians and confirming job completion.
  • Urgent Problem Solving: Identify and prioritize critical facility issues (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or retail tech failures) to ensure minimal downtime for the client’s business.
  • Proactive Documentation: Maintain real-time, accurate updates within the CRM to provide clients with full transparency on their facility's status.
  • Vendor Alignment: Communicate clearly with U.S.-based field technicians to clarify work scopes, timelines, and service standards.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years experience in B2B customer service, account coordination, or logistics (experience in facility maintenance or construction is a major plus).
  • Excellent English Communication: Superior written and verbal skills are required to interface with U.S. corporate clients and technical vendors.
  • Operational Mindset: Strong ability to multitask and manage "moving parts" in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM/Ticketing systems (like Zendesk, Corrigo, or ServiceChannel) and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliability: Self-directed and highly organized, with a "get it done" attitude.


Work Setup:

  • Remote: (Philippines-based only).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST After Hours (covering full U.S. Eastern evening operations).
  • Environment: Stable internet connection and a dedicated, professional workspace required.
