Customer Service Representative


Salary Range - $520 to $693 per month

In this essential support role, you’ll help power smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer service across multiple platforms, tracking orders, and ensuring timely resolutions. What Youll Do:

  • Respond to customer support tickets (primarily via email) using Zendesk across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart channels.
  • Process RMAs and returns, ensuring timely and accurate customer resolutions.
  • Manually enter and process wholesale and e-commerce orders as needed.
  • Complete and update daily customer service metrics in internal scorecards for performance tracking.
  • Use Monday.com to manage tasks, update forms, track orders, and support broader CS operations.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training to understand workflows, SOPs, and platform tools.
  • Support account health by monitoring outstanding issues and escalating as needed.


Who Youll Work With:

Join a small but growing customer support team within a high-volume e-commerce and wholesale operation. You’ll collaborate closely with a team lead and two other reps to support the U.S. operations, learning internal systems while playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and account health.

  • Experience: General work experience is required.
