Job Description

You’ll be the caring voice behind a women’s health brand that’s making a real difference in customers’ lives. This role puts you at the center of meaningful conversations about health and wellness, where your empathy and expertise directly impact women seeking support for intimate health, hormones, and menopause. You’ll master cutting-edge e-commerce platforms while building genuine relationships with customers who depend on these essential health products.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.14 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 2 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, 1 hour in the AM and 1 hour PM

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests primarily through TikTok Shop platform (50+ daily messages)
• Process returns and refunds efficiently through TikTok Seller Center
• Review and approve sample requests from affiliate creators and influencers
• Maintain 24-hour response times to ensure platform compliance and customer satisfaction
• Provide weekend coverage to support continuous customer care
• Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment for complex situations
• Learn product lines thoroughly to offer informed guidance on women’s health supplements
• Manage email inquiries and Shopify-based customer interactions
• Support additional administrative tasks as the role expands

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for customer-facing interactions
• Proven customer service experience with empathetic, professional communication style
• Ability to follow detailed procedures while making good independent decisions
• Comfortable working with sensitive health-related topics and maintaining discretion
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
• Bonus if you have Shopify experience or familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• It helps if you understand social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop
